A fair way to make teams
Choosing teams by hand usually ends with someone feeling left out. The team picker wheel takes the choice out of human hands. Type the names of everyone playing, one per line, and spin. Whoever the pointer lands on goes into Team 1, the next spin goes to Team 2, and so on around the group.
Switch on Remove the winner after each spin so nobody is picked twice. When the wheel is empty, every person has a place. For a faster option, load the wheel with team names such as Team 1 to Team 4 instead and spin once for each player.
Keeping teams balanced
If some players are stronger than others, spin in rounds. Put the strongest players on the wheel first and deal them out across the teams, then do the same with the next group. Each team ends up with a similar mix and the draw still stays random inside every round.

Is it fair and private?
Every result on SpinPicker is picked at random by your own browser, and every number or entry has exactly the same chance. Nothing is sent to a server, so nobody else can see or change your result.
