Number Randomizer 1-30

Pick a random number between 1 and 30, or draw several without repeats. Handy for class lists and calendar days.

Press Generate or hit the space bar.

Why 1 to 30 is such a popular range

Thirty fits a lot of everyday lists: a class of students, the days of a month, a deck of prompts, or the numbers on a bingo-style sheet. This page starts at 1 to 30 and keeps duplicates off, so a multi-number draw never repeats a number.

To call on students without repeats, set How many? to 1 and keep pressing Generate, or ask for all thirty and read the list top to bottom. To choose a random day of the month, use 1 to 28 so every month works.

How to use this tool

  1. Leave the range at 1 to 30, or adjust it to match your class size or list.
  2. Set How many? to the amount of numbers you need.
  3. Press Generate.
  4. Sort the result ascending if you want a neat list, or keep the original order for a random sequence.

Ways to use it

  • Calling on students at random without favouritism.
  • Choosing a random day for a challenge, a habit or a deadline.
  • Assigning order numbers for presentations or turns.
  • Picking numbered prompts, questions or flash cards.

Is it fair and private?

Every result on SpinPicker is picked at random by your own browser, and every number or entry has exactly the same chance. Nothing is sent to a server, so nobody else can see or change your result.

Frequently asked questions

Can I skip certain numbers?

Yes. Type them into Exclude numbers, separated by commas.

Can I randomize the order of 30 items?

Set How many? to 30 with duplicates off. The result is every number from 1 to 30 in random order.
